Michael Malone 


Mr Malone founded iiNet Limited, an ASX listed telecommunications company in 1993 and continued as CEO until his retirement in 2014.


Mr Malone is currently Chair of the Board of ASX listed Superloop Ltd and a director of nbn Co Limited (nbn),   Seven West Media Ltd, Speedcast International, Dreamscape Networks Limited. He is also the founder and Chairman of Diamond Cyber Pty Ltd. Mr Malone’s former directorships include Autism West (as founder and Vice Chairman), .au Domain Administration (as a founder and Chairman), Scitech Discover Centre, the Western Australia State Training Board and Electronic Frontiers Australia. He is also a past Advisory Council Member of the Australian Institute of Management (WA) and a past member of the Commonwealth Consumer Affairs Advisory Council and the WA Internet Association.


Mr Malone has received a number of prestigious industry recognitions including 2012 Australian Entrepreneur of the Year, CEO of the Year in the Australian Telecom Awards and, National Customer Service CEO of the Year in the CSIA’s Australian Service Excellence Awards. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Directors, the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Computer Society. Mr Malone has a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) and a post graduate Diploma in Education both from the University of Western Australia.

Gina Mavris

Business Manager & Executive Assistant to CEO

Gina has a diverse background in Business Management and is fluent in all operational business aspects in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and Finance.


Prior to joining Phi Capital, Gina worked as a Business Manager for multi-disciplinary practices and organisations and was responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth opportunities and managing  teams of support staff.  Gina has completed studies in Marketing and Book keeping.
